Instant website score

How does your website score?

Enter your website address. In about 30 seconds you’ll get a score out of 10, what we found, and a plain-English fix for each gap.

We only look at public pages. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent to anyone.

What we check

An automated check of your home page and up to eight key pages one click away (prices, notices, contact, about, services, help), your sitemap and robots file, and up to two linked price list PDFs. It reads the page code as it arrives; it doesn’t open the site in a real phone browser, so mobile and speed are judged from signs in the code (page weight, scripts that hold the page up, image sizes, old layout code, old jQuery or WordPress) and are a guide only. It can’t measure colour contrast, judge design, writing or photos, or see content that only appears after JavaScript runs. Where a check can’t run we say “couldn’t check” and leave it out of the score rather than guess; rules that only apply in the UK are marked “not applicable” elsewhere. Some key gaps cap the score (for example, no prices within one click caps it at 6). Where we flag rules, we say a page “may not meet” them: this is general information, not legal or regulatory advice.
