About us
Corvell & Sons was founded by Thomas Corvell, a cabinet maker, in 1887. The business has passed from parent to child ever since, and today it is run by Edmund Corvell and his daughter Harriet.
A family firm, still on Bridge Street
We look after families from Saltmarne and the surrounding villages, whatever their faith, tradition or budget. Every funeral is arranged and led by a member of our own team.
We are members of the community we serve. We will always tell you what things cost, and we will never rush you.

Harriet is the fifth generation of the family. She leads most of our arrangements.
